- Tenant profile: students and young workers from 18 to 39 years old (except complete apartments, which have no maximum age).
- Contact telephone number for tenants available from: Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and for emergencies 24/7
- Payment method: cash; wire transfer; credit card.
- Biweekly contracts.
Bedrooms:
- Agency fees 195 EUR (1 person)--- 275 EUR (2 people).
- Rooms with couples allowed: supplement of €100 per month
- Deposit: 500 EUR
- Minimum stay: 32 nights, depending on the season the minimum stay may be longer.
- Maximum stay 11 months.
- Monthly expenses included up to a limit of 50 EUR per person.
- Couples with children are not accepted.
- Pets are not accepted
- Smoking is not accepted in common areas.
- Cleaning service included weekly for common areas and biweekly for rooms.
- Final cleaning not included, 50 EUR is deducted from the deposit.
Complete apartments:
- Separate monthly expenses of 150 EUR fixed per month.
- Deposit of one month's rent.
- Agency fees 500 EUR.
- Minimum stay 1 month.
- Maximum stay 11 months.
- Monthly cleaning service included.
- Final cleaning service not included, deducted from the deposit EUR 75 (per studio), EUR 130 (2 rooms) EUR 150 (3 rooms).
The administrative fee includes:
- Legal contract.
- Possibility of extending the contract. (See extras).
- Possibility of moving to another room in the owner's portfolio. (See Extra costs).
- Apartment maintenance.
- Bed linen, towel, pillow and duvet included.
- 24/7 telephone number to call in case of emergency and assistance.
- Office support, queries, general matters during your stay.
- Possibility of registration (Check extra requirements).
Entry/exit information:
- Check in Monday to Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (at the owner's office)
- Check out at 11:00.
