Additionally, an additional single bed has been included for greater flexibility in guest accommodation, providing an extra option for sleeping or resting.

With a layout designed for guest comfort, two fully equipped bathrooms with showers are available, ensuring that all guests enjoy comfort and convenience during their stay.

The accommodation is distributed across three bedrooms designed to meet various needs. The first bedroom offers a bunk bed, perfect for families with children or groups of friends traveling together. The second bedroom is equipped with two comfortable single beds, ideal for those who prefer to have their own space. And in the third bedroom, there is a spacious double bed, offering a quiet and comfortable retreat for a couple.

Important Information:

Check-in and Location: Check-in is done at our agency located at Calle Girona 167, local 2, 08037, Barcelona. This service is available from Monday to Saturday from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Outside of these hours and on Sundays, a self-check-in is arranged days before arrival to ensure smooth entry.

Entry and Exit Times: Entry to the apartment is available from 3:00 pm onwards. Check-out from the apartment must be done before 11:00 am on the day of departure to allow for cleaning and preparation for the next guests.

Deposit: To ensure the security of the apartment, a deposit of EUR 300 is required, payable by card upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded upon departure, subject to an inspection of the apartment to verify that no damages have occurred.

No Smoking Policy: We want to maintain a healthy, smoke-free environment for all our guests. Therefore, smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and in all common areas of the building.

Party Ban: Out of respect for our neighbors and to ensure the tranquility of all guests, parties or events in the apartment are strictly prohibited.

Respect and Civility: All guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior at all times, both inside the apartment and in the common areas of the building. This includes respect for neighbors and compliance with coexistence rules.

Price and Conditions:

The price varies according to the number of people and booking dates. To start your experience with us, the first step is to enter the number of people staying and the desired booking dates. Once this step is completed, a detailed breakdown will be displayed, including the price per night, the corresponding tourist tax, and the cleaning cost. From our website, you will have the option to make the reservation directly and securely.

Once you have confirmed your reservation, you will receive a confirmation message detailing future payments you will need to make. You will also have access to our cancellation policy, which currently offers the flexibility to cancel free of charge up to five days before the arrival date.

As your reservation date approaches, we will contact you to coordinate the details of your arrival. Approximately one week before check-in, you will have the opportunity to complete online check-in, allowing you to register the main person on the reservation. Additionally, if you wish, you can also register other companions on the day of arrival.

Once pending payments have been completed and check-in has been done, you will be ready to fully enjoy your stay in our apartment. Throughout the process, we will maintain constant communication with you via messages, calls, WhatsApp, or email. We are here to assist you with anything you need!
