Both apartments are equipped with air conditioning/heating and internet connection, ensuring comfort and connectivity during your stay. Entry and Exit Times: Entry to the apartment is available from 3:00 PM onwards. Check-out from the apartment must be done before 11:00 AM on the day of departure to allow for cleaning and preparation for the next guests.
Security Deposit: To ensure the security of the apartment, a security deposit of 500 EUR is required, payable by card upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded upon departure, subject to an inspection of the apartment to verify that no damages have occurred.
No Smoking Policy: We aim to maintain a healthy, smoke-free environment for all our guests. Therefore, smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and in all common areas of the building.
No Party Policy: Out of respect for our neighbors and to ensure the tranquility of all guests, parties or events in the apartment are strictly prohibited.
Respect and Civility: All guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior at all times, both inside the apartment and in the common areas of the building. This includes respect for neighbors and compliance with coexistence rules.
Price and Conditions:
The price varies depending on the number of people and the booking dates. To start your experience with us, the first step is to enter the number of people staying and the desired booking dates. Once this step is completed, a detailed breakdown will be displayed, including the price per night, the corresponding tourist tax, and the cleaning fee. From our website, you will have the option to make the reservation directly and securely.
Once you have confirmed your reservation, you will receive a confirmation message detailing future payments you will need to make. You will also have access to our cancellation policy, which currently offers the flexibility to cancel free of charge up to five days before the arrival date.
As your reservation date approaches, we will contact you to coordinate the details of your arrival. Approximately one week before check-in, you will have the opportunity to complete online check-in, allowing you to register the main person on the reservation. Few suggestions if I may. Would be very helpful to have a small folder with instructions on how to use the A/C turn the stove on and use the washing machine. This is especially important for US travelers. Also would have appreciated few items like cosee more

Fix the ceiling in the downstairs bathroom, maybe onetwo more sunbeds for the terrace would be nice.
