The fully equipped kitchen is the perfect place to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. With spacious fridge and freezer, guests can easily store food and beverages. The kitchen is also equipped with a variety of cooking utensils, tableware, and cutlery, as well as a coffee maker, oven, kettle, microwave, and toaster, providing all the comforts of home.

Outside of these hours and on Sundays, a self-check-in is arranged in the days prior to arrival to ensure a smooth entry.
Entry and Exit Times: Entry to the apartment is available from 3:00 pm. Departure from the apartment must be done before 11:00 am on the day of departure to allow for cleaning and preparation for the next guests.
Security Deposit: To ensure the security of the apartment, a security deposit of 500 EUR is required and paid by card upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded upon departure, subject to an inspection of the apartment to verify that no damage has occurred.
Non-Smoking Policy: We want to maintain a healthy, smoke-free environment for all our guests. Therefore, smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and in all common areas of the building.
No Party Policy: Out of respect for our neighbors and to ensure the tranquility of all guests, it is strictly prohibited to host parties or events in the apartment.
Respect and Civility: All guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior at all times, both inside the apartment and in the common areas of the building. This includes respect for neighbors and compliance with coexistence rules.
Price and Conditions:
The price varies according to the number of people and booking dates. To start your experience with us, the first step is to enter the number of people staying and the desired booking dates. Once this step is completed, a detailed breakdown will be displayed including the price per night, the corresponding tourist tax, and the cleaning cost. From our website, you will have the option to make a direct and secure reservation.
Once you have confirmed your reservation, you will receive a confirmation message detailing future payments you will need to make. You will also have access to our cancellation policy, which currently offers the flexibility to cancel free of charge up to five days before the arrival date.
As the date of your reservation approaches, we will contact you to coordinate the details of your arrival. Approximately one week before check-in, you will have the possibility to complete the online check-in, allowing you to register the main person of the reservation. Additionally, if you wish, you can also register other companions on the day of arrival.
Once pending payments have been completed and check-in has been completed, you will be ready to fully enjoy your stay in our apartment.
