Entry and Exit Times: Entry to the apartment is available from 15:00 onwards. The apartment must be vacated by 11:00 on the day of departure to allow for cleaning and preparation for the next guests.
Security Deposit: To ensure the security of the apartment, a security deposit of 500 EUR is required, which is paid by card upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded upon departure, subject to an inspection of the apartment to verify that no damage has occurred.
No Smoking Policy: We want to maintain a healthy, smoke-free environment for all our guests. Therefore, smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and in all common areas of the building.
No Party Policy: Out of respect for our neighbors and to ensure the tranquility of all guests, it is strictly prohibited to host parties or events in the apartment.
Respect and Civility: It is expected that all guests maintain respectful behavior at all times, both inside the apartment and in the common areas of the building. This includes respect for neighbors and compliance with coexistence rules.

Once you have confirmed your reservation, you will receive a confirmation message detailing the future payments you will need to make. You will also have access to our cancellation policy, which currently offers the flexibility to cancel free of charge up to five days before the arrival date.
