Outside of these hours and on Sundays, a self check-in is organized in the days leading up to arrival to ensure a smooth entry.
Entry and Exit Times: Entry to the apartment is available from 15:00 hours. The departure from the apartment must be made before 11:00 hours on the day of departure to allow for cleaning and preparation for the next guests.
Security Deposit: To guarantee the security of the apartment, a deposit of 300 EUR is required, payable by card upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded upon departure, subject to an inspection of the apartment to verify that no damages have occurred.
No Smoking Policy: We aim to maintain a healthy, smoke-free environment for all our guests. Therefore, smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and in all common areas of the building.
Party Ban: Out of respect for our neighbors and to ensure the tranquility of all guests, parties or events are strictly prohibited in the apartment.
Respect and Civility: We expect all guests to maintain respectful behavior at all times, both inside the apartment and in the common areas of the building. This includes respect for neighbors and compliance with the rules of coexistence.
Price and Conditions:
The price varies depending on the number of people and the booking dates. To begin your experience with us, the first step is to enter the number of people staying and the desired booking dates. Once this step is completed, a detailed breakdown will be displayed, including the price per night, the corresponding tourist tax, and the cleaning fee. From our website, you will have the option to make the reservation directly and securely.
Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message detailing the future payments you will need to make. You will also have access to our cancellation policy, which currently offers the flexibility to cancel free of charge up to five days before the arrival date.
As the date of your reservation approaches, we will contact you to coordinate the details of your arrival. Approximately one week before check-in, you will have the opportunity to complete online check-in, allowing you to register the main person on the reservation. Additionally, if you wish, you can also register the other companions on the day of arrival.
Once the outstanding payments have been made and check-in has been completed, you will be ready to fully enjoy your stay in our apartment.
