Entry and Exit Times: Entry to the apartment is available from 3:00 PM onwards. Departure from the apartment must be done before 11:00 AM on the day of departure to allow for cleaning and preparation for the next guests.
Deposit: To guarantee the security of the apartment, a deposit of 500 EUR is required, payable by card upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded upon departure, subject to an inspection of the apartment to verify that no damages have occurred.
No Smoking Policy: We want to maintain a healthy, smoke-free environment for all our guests. Therefore, smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and in all common areas of the building.
No Party Policy: Out of respect for our neighbors and to ensure the tranquility of all guests, parties or events in the apartment are strictly prohibited.
Respect and Civility: All guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior at all times, both inside the apartment and in the common areas of the building. This includes respect for neighbors and compliance with coexistence rules.

The price varies depending on the number of people and booking dates. To start your experience with us, the first step is to enter the number of people staying and the desired booking dates. Once this step is completed, a detailed breakdown will be displayed, including the price per night, the corresponding tourist tax, and the cleaning cost.
