Key Barcelona Apartments is delighted to offer this beautiful, newly renovated studio apartment at the foot of Montjuic in Poblesec making it perfect for both couples and professionals alike.
This wonderful turnkey apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building with a lift. Inside the apartment is a bright and fully furnished modern studio bedroom/living room with plenty of space for storage, making it the perfect to work from home or to relax after a long day.
Next to the living area is a fully equipped bathroom with a newly installed spacious shower ( a rarity in Barcelona, trust us !) along with a wash basin and a toilet.
The apartment offers a seperate modern kitchen, fully equipped with all the appliances you could need to cook up a delicious meal including a fridge, freezer, microwave, oven toaster and coffee machine and much more. Within the apartment there is also a washing machine so that you can get all your laundry done quickly, leaving plenty of time to relax !
As if that wasn't enough the bedroom and living area leads directly to a large private sun drenched terraced perfect for relaxing and catching the sun or for enjoying a morning coffee. We know that you will be at home right away in our beautiful apartment so don´t hesitate, there´s no time to lose!

On one side of the apartment sits the beautiful Montjuic, which offers scenic views over both the coastline and the city , perfect for a leisurely walk on a beautiful day or during the evening to watch the sunset over the sea. On top of Montjuic you will find gorgeous botanical gardens as well as the stunning historical castle of Montjuic built in the 17th Century.
On the other hand this apartment is located in one of the most bustling and up and coming bohemian neighbourhoods in the city, with some of the best bars, restaurants , pinxo bars , concert halls and nightclubs in the city to choose from , you will be spoilt for choice.
With the L2 Metro station Parallel just 350m away you have access to the centre of the city such as Plaza Cataluña, Gothic quarter and the Old Town in under 10 minutes.

Local colour is everywhere and residents of Poble Sec can often be seen having a sociable drink on Carrer Blai, which is a hotspot come nightfall, or dancing the sardana in one of the squares. There are plenty of small shops, bars, restaurants and cafes with an authentic feel to them. While Poble Sec might not have any of the major sights in Barcelona, it does have excellent transport links with the rest of the city and is the perfect laid-back evening retreat after a hard day in the city. Getting there is also a breeze, as the area lies beside Plaça de Espanya, a major metro and rail station with direct connections to El Prat airport.

- check-in from 8pm to 12am have an extra charge of 30€
